Dr. Satish Pandey delivered a keynote address at Manthan, the technical event organized by YCNC, Nepal, held at Hotel Hyatt Centric, Kathmandu on May 16, 2025. He spoke on “Sustainable Road Construction and Modern Paving Technologies,” presenting an overview of hot mix asphalt recycling methods and highlighting the innovative #REJUPAVE Technology developed by CSIR-CRRI for asphalt rejuvenation and its application in low-temperature and hilly terrains. The event was graced by Mr. Keshab Kumar Sharma, Secretary, Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport, Government of Nepal, and attended by the Director General of Roads, senior officials from the Department of Roads, and representatives from leading road construction agencies and contractors in Nepal.
