Clean the road surface using mechanical broom or blower to remove dust, debris, and loose materials.
Repair any existing potholes, cracks, or structural defects before application.
Apply a bituminous tack coat (emulsion or binder) uniformly over the prepared surface using a pressure distributor.
Allow the tack coat to cure and become tacky before laying the mix.
Lay the Tera Mix (a premixed bituminous layer with selected aggregates and polymer-modified binder) using a paver for uniform thickness (typically 20–25 mm).
Ensure even spreading and alignment with the road profile.
Compact the freshly laid mix using a vibratory roller (6–8 Tonne) to achieve the desired density.
Rolling should be done in multiple passes until no further movement is observed.
